Description

Emulsifiable cutting oil which forms a dense white emulsion with water. PTT HIKUT W10 produced from high quality paraffinic base oil and selected antibacterial additives to be cooling and lubricating in general machining process.

APPLICATION :
  1. Suitable for lubricating and cooling for general machining processes which are light to medium operation severity
  2. Mix 3% with water for grinding and honing processes
  3. Mix 4-5% with water for turning and milling process
  4. Mix 5-6% with water for drilling process
  5. Mix 6-8% with water for threading and tapping process
  6. Mix 8-10% with water for broaching process

  1. Very good cooling property, prevents spot welding of workpieces and tools
  2. Provides very good lubrication
  3. Good anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties
